THE PROJECT
We identified a serious gap in bilingual education. Missing in the marketplace were quality learning tools for young kids and their parents that were culturally authentic, pedagogically sound and beautiful. So we created them.
THE DETAILS
As co-founder and CCO, I led brand strategy, product development and content across mobile apps (iOS and Android), physical products (books, cards, apparel), website, blog, email and marketing. I also directed messaging for fundraising, including pitch decks, press materials and video campaigns. You might say I wore a lot of hats. As part of our entrepreneurial journey, MamaLingua was accepted into the Capital Factory accelerator program in Austin, Texas.

Simon is going to a new school – una escuela – for kids to learn Spanish and English – español y inglés. Simon’s worried about how he’ll feel, until he discovers that learning a second language means making new friends!

Where All Kids Are Bilingual Learners
Parents and teachers need a dedicated digital solution to support bilingual learning at home.
That’s why we created MamaLingua Go! MamaLingua Go! is a cross-platform subscription library of expertly curated content for bilingual learning for kids 8 and under. Families have unlimited access to high quality e-books and activities that promote bilingual learning for young kids. Our content, created in-house and sourced from around the world, is aligned with classroom curriculum and learning objectives to provide a cohesive virtual learning experience from the classroom to home.
